As part of the 100 year anniversary of the sinking of the Lusitania, Cork County Council held a series of commemorative events. For this I was asked to develop a logo and supporting materials to help promote these events. It was important to develop a brand which invoked a sense of nostalgia whilst also remaining sympathetic to the subject.
